Leap
When all that remains
of the day
is the icing
from that delicious
chocolate donut,
and the vanilla creme
oozing out
like toothpaste-
She will always remember.
Icing melting,
vanilla creme
trickling down
her tongue and
throat .A smile
magically appears
on her face.
When the last bite
Of that scrumptious
vanilla creme donut
is swallowed by her,
she will know that her
taste buds enjoyed it-
still be glad
she took the chance.
